Refund & Return Policy

At BenRennie.com, we believe in creating products that inspire, inform, and spark change. We stand behind the quality of our books and creative products and are committed to treating our customers with fairness and respect.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on physical products (including books) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please email support@benrennie.com with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re sorry — and we’ll fix it. Please contact support@benrennie.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Sustainability Note

As part of our commitment as a B Corp, we aim to minimise waste and unnecessary shipping. Please shop thoughtfully, and feel free to reach out with any product questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
